1. Introduction

Welcome to Padre Island Storage (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at launchmyweb.net/PadreIslandStorage/ and the services we offer (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service.

3. Specific Terms for Storage Services

Our Service provides customers with access to self-storage units. The rental of a storage unit is subject to a separate, legally binding Rental Agreement that you will be required to sign at the time of rental. The Rental Agreement contains specific terms regarding your lease, payment, and use of the storage unit. The terms of that agreement will take precedence over these website terms in the event of any conflict.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Padre Island Storage and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Padre Island Storage.

5. User Accounts (If applicable)

If you create an account on our Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

6. Payments and Billing (If applicable)

If you are paying for any services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. All payments are subject to the terms of your Rental Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Padre Island Storage, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
